Empowering Teens is a Two-Tiered Program that Strives to Meet the Needs of ALL Students we serve…

The Empowering Teens program offers learning opportunities that enhance a child’s success in all academic areas.  Our goal is to foster extended learning beyond normal school hours.

Certified teachers work with students on homework needs.

The Empowering Teens program offers enrichment opportunities that foster a child’s creativity, ownership, and individuality.  Our goal is to provide activities that encourage a child’s growth, community involvement, and physical/nutritional awareness.

Because Empowering Teens is a community project, community volunteers are always welcome and encouraged.  If you have a talent you would like to share with the youth of our community or would like to volunteer as a mentor or tutor, please contact us.

Empowering Teens is funded through the Department of Education (Title IV, Part B) 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant funds, which enables the program to be offered free of charge to all students in Weston County School District #1.
