In this hands-on baking class, you will create an edible work of art by making focaccia bread from scratch and decorating it with a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs. Learn techniques for designing a beautiful and delicious loaf, then take home your own freshly baked focaccia creation.
Note: Please inform the EWC office of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least one week before the class.
