Have you wondered what mindfulness is about? Did you know that mindfulness reduces stress and increases resilience? During 21 days we’ll look at mindfulness strategies, discuss their applications, and explore various meditation styles to help you establish a personalized mindfulness practice. By committing to this 21-day journey, you can experience firsthand how mindfulness might enhance your life. Each week you will receive a workbook and a guided mediation to support your journey. The course starts with an in-person introductory session on Sunday from 2:00 --3:30 at the NHS library followed by 3 online sessions via Zoom on Thursdays from 6:00 –7:30 pm.
Camille Riner graduated in January 2023 with her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certificate from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, Sounds True and the Awareness Training Institute under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Since then, she has led a biweekly mindfulness group and taught classes and workshops in mindfulness and creativity.
