In this hands-on cooking class, you will be provided with your own charcuterie board to take home and will create a custom arrangement using a variety of meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, nuts, and sweets. Participants will also learn basic styling and garnishing techniques to create a visually appealing and delicious charcuterie display perfect for holidays, gatherings, or special occasions.
Note: Please inform the EWC office of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least one week before the class.
