Weston County School District #1 Technology Department
Here at WCSD#1 we pride ourselves in the offerings we have for our staff and students as far as technology is concerned. We are 1-to-1 Windows machines for 3rd Grade to 12th Grade. We also have classroom Chromebooks and iPads in Kindergarten through 2nd.
Our staff are all equipped with personal laptops, and a dedicated machine that runs their Classroom Smartboard. They utilize the boards for many different classroom and instructional purposes.
We are able to team up with our Activities Department to make sure we have properly working scoreboards, big screens, and audio systems for all of our District's activities.
We also have been able to equip each classroom with their own Audio Enhancement and Video setup, allowing for easy microphone and video use.
As our District's technology needs change, we change with it and do our very best to create a positive and successful learning and teaching environment for our students and staff.
